Here’s how it works: Starting from the day you buy any product from accessimpact.co.uk, you have the next 30 days to decide if it's for you. If it’s not the right fit, you can return for a refund per our return policy or exchange for another piece.

If you decide that your new item isn’t for you, you can return or exchange it any time within 30 days of your purchase. Simply fill out the return form HERE and we’ll take care of the rest. Keep in mind that we do not offer refunds for shipping fees, you will only be refunded the cost of the item(s) you return less any shipping charges.

For an exchange, the original purchase will be refunded less the shipping fees and the exchange will need to be processed by you through our webstore as a new purchase.

Please note that the 30-day period does not start over if you exchange your item. If you decide to return your exchange, you’ll only have the remainder of your original 30-day trial to do so.

A snug fit is key to making sure your helmet keeps you safe. Be sure to adjust the straps so that they fit comfortably under your chin. If the helmet is too loose, turn the dial clockwise on the fit system in the back to tighten it. If it’s too tight, turn the dial counterclockwise to loosen. Our Thousand Jr. collection is one size only. Measurements range from 49cm-53cm. You can definitely opt for this collection as an adult!

The PopLock is the removable magnetic logo on the back right of the helmet. Pop it out, place your bike lock through it, and you can conveniently and securely lock your helmet to your bike so you don’t have to take it with you everywhere you go. If your helmet is ever stolen while locked to your bike, we’ll replace it for free.

The PopLock is 25.4mm in diameter and is designed to fit the majority of locks on the market (U-locks, chain locks, and cable locks).

Yes, all of Monroe products are intentionally vegan and made with sustainable material like RPET (recycled plastic bottles), organic hemp, and cotton canvas.

No you won’t. The bags are designed so that the hooks fall away from your body when the bags are worn as a backpack. If you find this doesn't work for you, you have the 30-day period to return or exchange it. See details above.

Monroe uses only the finest materials to make the bags. The materials are durable and waterproof. Because of the seams, the bags themselves are highly weather resistant but not waterproof. If you expect to be in extended and heavy rain showers, we recommend you purchase the Monroe Shower Cap rain cover for added protection against the elements.

You can clean your helmet’s exterior shell, interior pads, and fit system with mild soap and water, but don’t submerge it.

The general recommendation is to replace your helmet every 3 years. If you’re ever in an accident and the helmet was impacted, replace it immediately.

We recommend keeping your helmet out of direct sunlight and in a dry, temperate place. To avoid heat damage, don’t store your helmet in a dark vehicle or near a heat source.
