Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your items, so we have a 30-day return policy for all UK customers. For exchanges we will process your return and issue a refund for the original purchase, then you can place a new order for the desired item through our web store.
Please note that your items must be returned in new unused condition with the original tags and packaging in order to be process correctly. Your refund should be available in your account within 7 working days from when we receive your return at our warehouse.
